The full MAPP Conference will be September 25-27, 2023. The Vendor Expo will take place on the afternoon of the second day of the conference.
When: September 26, 2023 from 2:00 - 5:00 (networking reception to follow)

Vendor Expo Information and Fees:
Vendor setup from 8am-12pm on 9/26 and teardown from 5pm-8pm.
$550.00 Vendor Expo Full Booth Space. Each 8x10 foot booth consists of pipe and drape, one 8 foot table, clothed and skirted, two chairs and one waste basket.
*This will grant two attendees access to the Expo and Reception
$400.00 Table Top Exhibit. Each consists of one 8 foot table, clothed and skirted, two chairs and one waste basket.

Vendor Attendance to the MAPP Conference:
$1,500.00 Attendance for two for the full conference (minus closed Chapter Board meetings). Include attendance to the Vendor Expo for full booth space. The full conference dates are September 25-27, 2023.
$1,300.00 Attendance for two for the full conference (minus closed Chapter Board meetings). Includes attendance Vendor Expo as a Table Top Exhibit. The full conference dates are September 25-27, 2023.
Vendors are encouraged to donate door prizes for giveaways.
Meal Sponsorship:
$2,000.00 Meal Sponsorship: Attendance for two for the day (minus closed Chapter Board meetings) and 15 minutes to address membership (cannot be a sales pitch). Limited to four. This does not include booth space.
Vendor Reception Sponsorship:
$500.00 Attendance for one for the day of the tradeshow (minus closed Chapter Board meetings). Does not include booth space.
SPONSORS WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED THROUGHOUT THE EVENT, ON THE MAPP WEBSITE, AND MAPP SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

Donations:
It is the intent of the Missouri Association of Public Purchasing (MAPP) to provide door prizes as incentives for the conference attendee’s participation. Door prize donations will be acknowledged at the conference.
Examples of door prizes received in the past range from gift cards to restaurants, businesses, movie theaters, office equipment and supplies, printers, TVs, gift baskets (some with themes e.g. BBQ, sports, etc.), shirts, jackets, etc.
