Join us for Vendor Speed Networking during the MAPP Conference

The full MAPP Conference will be April 10-12, 2024. The Vendor Speed networking: Vendor Lightning Networking will take place on the afternoon of the first day of the conference.

Vendor Networking Information:
Are you ready for some networking? This will be a fast-paced, highly interactive event where you can exchange knowledge, tackle common issues shared by all members, and share details about the products/service you offer! Be prepared to think, share, and meet our MAPP members!
Tables will be spread out throughout the room. You will be assigned to a table. You will be at your table for the entire event as MAPP attendees rotate from table to table every 10-15 minutes. A moderator from MAPP will serve as a timekeeper.
During each 10-15-minute round please introduce yourself. Suggest exchanging business cards. Each round you are encouraged to share information about the products/services that your company provides, share industry trends, and answer questions about your company from attendees. There will not be power readily available. Please feel free to bring brochures, product information, and swag to give away to attendees. If you have materials that need to be mailed to the property please ship them 1-2 weeks out. Please be sure to put ATTN: MAPP Conference on the mailing label.
Remind MAPP members to take their belongings with them as the rotate.
Unfortunately, sometimes properties make last minute changes that are beyond our control but the goal is for a map of tables, with table numbers, and what vendor is assigned to each table to be printed in the conference program.

At our 2023 MAPP Conference we had 108 MAPP members in attendance and 70 vendors at our Expo.
Fee to attend: $375.00
MAPP is seeking vendor donations for the following items: canvas bags & notepads to handout to attendees at registration and gift cards & door prizes to be given away during the conference.
Vendor Attendance to the MAPP Conference:
$75.00 This is an add on to the Vendor Speed Networking session. To purchase this add on you must have registered and paid for the Vendor Speed Networking Session. Attendance to Procure-It Trivia Challenge (Trivia Night, Cash Bar, & Dinner) from 5:30-7:30.
$550.00 Attendance for day one April 10, 2024 of the vendor speed networking (minus closed Chapter Board meetings). Includes meals.
$1,300.00 Attendance for the full conference (minus closed Chapter Board meetings). Include attendance to the Vendor Speed Networking. The full conference dates are April 10-12, 2024. Includes meals.
