When: Registration will open at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.  The RVF will be from 1:30 pm until 4:30 pm there will be a vendor reception immediately following.

Reverse Vendor Fair Information and Fees:

Upgrade your connections with public purchasing professionals from all over the state of  Missouri.  

Meet, greet, and connect with our members who work for cities, counties, public utilities, state agencies, and public education. 

What is a Reverse Vendor Fair?

It is the opposite of a trade show/vendor expo.  Our members will have booths with information on how to do business with their agency and you will move from booth to booth visiting our members.  A reverse vendor fair also allows you to showcase your products, make connection with our members, and renew existing relationships.  Vendors do not exhibit!   

Reverse Vendor Fair Attendance $250 per person

Vendor Attendance Conference + Reverse Vendor Fair Attendance:
$1,500.00 (minus closed Chapter Board meetings). Include attendance to the the Reverse Vendor Fair. The MAPP conference is from 1:00 pm on Monday, March 24, 2025 through 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.


Meal Sponsorship: 

$4,000.00 Meal Sponsorship: Attendance the day of the Reverse Vendor Fair (minus closed Chapter Board meetings) and 15 minutes to address membership (cannot be a sales pitch).  Limited to four. 

Vendor Reception Sponsorship:
$2000.00 Attendance for the day of the Reverse Vendor Fair (minus closed Chapter Board meetings).

Diamond Sponsorship Full Day (of the Reverse Vendor Fair):
$1550.00 Diamond Sponsorship Full Day (of the Reverse Vendor Fair): Attendance for the day (minus closed Chapter Board meetings).

Gold Sponsorship Full Day (of the Reverse Vendor Fair):
$1000.00 Gold Sponsorship Full Day (of the Reverse Vendor Fair): Attendance for the day (minus closed Chapter Board meetings).

Silver Sponsorship Full Day (of the Reverse Vendor Fair):
$500.00 Silver Sponsorship Full Day (of the Reverse Vendor Fair): Attendance for the day (minus closed Chapter Board meetings).

SPONSORS WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED THROUGHOUT THE EVENT, ON THE MAPP WEBSITE, AND MAPP SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

Donations:


It is the intent of the Missouri Association of Public Purchasing (MAPP) to provide door prizes as incentives for the conference attendee’s participation. Door prize donations will be acknowledged at the conference.

Examples of door prizes received in the past range from gift cards to restaurants, businesses, movie theaters, office equipment and supplies, printers, TVs, gift baskets (some with themes e.g. BBQ, sports, etc.), shirts, jackets, etc.

As stated above vendors will not be exhibiting for the RVF.  If you still elect to have items shipped to the hotel you will need to coordinate that with the hotel on your own.

Fees range from $15 per box up to $100 per box depending on the size.  If you have questions regarding this please contact the hotel directly.

MAPP will not be responsible for any fees for shipping and receiving for vendors.
